s the sun begins to set and dapple shade envelops the Cortijo, guests can dine “Al Fresco” in the open air courtyard or take a seat in the “El Comedor” dining room with it's elegant ambiance combining both Moorish and Andalusian Architecture.

Over the centuries numerous cultures have inspired Andalusian cuisine. Montefrio has it's own unique style and flavor which our cooks will lovingly recreate for you.

The menus showcase traditional Andalusian cuisine with seasonal variations, using  locally sourced, and where possible, organically grown produce.
Guests will receive an exclusive service in this enchanted landscape, which is particularly magical during the moonlight hours.
Granada, adorned with a necklace of lights can be seen on the distant horizon. To compliment your meal we have carefully selected a range of locally produced wines.

After breakfast, guests are asked to create a “Menu Del Dia” of their choice
This will ensure that your evening meal is freshly prepared for you on the day.
