rices are displayed in Euros per day. Up to 12 people can be accommodated including 2 babies in cots. Rates quoted are for the entire cortijo and staff and include complimentary breakfast and lunch.

• A 30% deposit is required to secure reservations.
• Deposits are not refundable, however they can be moved to another date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability. This option is not available for cancellations notice of less than 30 days.
• Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
• Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas.
• Villahotel.eu reserves the right to make changes, corrections, and improvements to our terms, services and rates at any time without notice.
• Children under the age of 12 sharing a room with two adults are accommodated free of charge on a day bed or foldaway bed.

• A refundable damages cash deposit of €500.00 is payable to the cortijo manager upon arrival.
